The Visa Invitation Letter Category is for individuals who require official documentation to apply for a Spain Schengen visa to attend the One Future Conference 2026 in Barcelona (16–19 July 2026).

Under this option, you will receive:

• An official visa invitation letter for the conference
• A structured Spain visa document checklist
• Visa support assistance, including official email communication with the Spanish Embassy/Consulate (where applicable)

Participants may later upgrade to any Conference Pass category, and the full amount paid for the invitation letter will be adjusted toward the conference pass fee.
