For fully funded and partially funded categories, applicants must be between 16 and 46 years of age at the time of application. There are no restrictions on educational background, academic discipline, or professional experience—students, entrepreneurs, activists, researchers, and early-career professionals from all fields are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of English is encouraged, as the conference will be conducted in English. Individuals above 46 years of age may still participate by applying under the Conference Pass categories as Observers, but they are not eligible for funded seats.

Applicants aged 16 to 46 years from any country may apply for funded categories. There are no restrictions on educational background or professional experience. Individuals above 46 years may apply under Conference Pass categories as Observers.
