Legal Entity: One Future Conference lnc (“One Future”, “we”, “our”, “the Organizer”)
By accessing, applying to, registering for, or participating in any event, conference, or program organized by One Future Conference lnc, you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from participating in or applying to any One Future event.
One Future Conference lnc is a Canada-based international event organization that designs and delivers global conferences, leadership forums, and innovation-driven gatherings.
We are an independent, non-political, and non-religious platform. While we encourage open dialogue, diversity of thought, and free exchange of ideas, we do not endorse, promote, or align with any political, religious, or ethnic ideology or entity. Our platforms may not be used to advance such agendas.
Participation in One Future events is open to individuals who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific program.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration or application is true, accurate, and complete. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
For certain events (including funded and partially funded categories), applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee.
Payment of this fee does not guarantee selection or participation. All applications are reviewed by an independent selection committee, and the decision of that committee is final and binding.
Results may be published on One Future’s official social media or website channels for transparency.
The application fee for funded categories is mandatory, non-refundable, and non-disputable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, visa rejection, personal emergencies, or non-selection.
Once selected or approved, participants must complete registration and payment (where applicable) within the deadlines provided. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the allocated seat.
Registration becomes final only after the Organizer confirms receipt of payment and provides an official confirmation email.
For international events, One Future provides an official visa invitation letter solely for the purpose of supporting your visa application.
We do not provide immigration or legal services, nor do we guarantee visa approval. The issuance or denial of visas rests entirely with the embassy or consulate of the host country.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, visas, and health insurance required to enter and exit the host country.
We expect all participants to comply with the terms of their visas and return to their home countries following the conclusion of the event. One Future does not support or endorse any misuse of conference participation for purposes unrelated to the event.
All refund and cancellation matters are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately on our website.
By applying, registering, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.
One Future reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event or session at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to venue unavailability, security risks, travel restrictions, or insufficient participation.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and, where applicable, provide alternative arrangements.
All participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and lawful conduct throughout the event.
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruption of sessions will result in immediate removal without refund and may lead to future participation bans.
Participants are responsible for their personal behavior and interactions during official and unofficial conference activities.
Participation in any One Future event is at your own risk.
The Organizer, its employees, affiliates, partners, and sponsors shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or financial loss incurred during travel to, from, or at the event.
Participants are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and health insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings.
One Future is not responsible for any costs arising from travel delays, visa denials, cancellations, or other factors beyond its control.
All event content, including logos, materials, videos, and recordings, are the intellectual property of One Future Conference lnc or its partners.
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event, and you grant One Future a worldwide, royalty-free right to use such media for documentation, marketing, and educational purposes, unless you expressly opt out in writing prior to the event.
One Future may use third-party vendors or platforms for event registration, payment processing, data management, logistics, or promotional purposes.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that certain personal data may be shared with these third parties solely for operational needs, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the content, security, or policies of any linked external websites or partners.
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and support marketing efforts.
By continuing to use our website or registration portals, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and, where applicable, the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or legal action shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
All payments for the One Future Conference are securely processed through our partner organization, the Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL). As a result, charges may appear on your bank or card statement under the descriptor “CGDL Events.”
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that the payment will be processed by CGDL on behalf of the One Future Conference.
One Future is committed to remaining a neutral, inclusive, and non-political space.
We do not endorse or promote any political party, religious group, or ideological movement.
Any use of our platform for political or religious campaigning, recruitment, or advocacy is strictly prohibited.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Canadian privacy legislation and international standards such as PIPEDA and GDPR.
By applying or registering, you consent to our collection and processing of your information as described therein.
By submitting an application, registering for an event, or attending a One Future conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
One Future reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be published on our official website with a revised effective date.
